Born on the shores of Loch Sunart, Ardnamurchan’s inaugural single malt represents a new wave of Scottish distilling, launched in October 2020. This whisky showcases the distillery’s commitment to both tradition and sustainability, crafted with malt from Broomhill Farm and matured in a harmonious blend of 65% ex-bourbon and 35% sherry casks. The result is a complex spirit offering notes of sweet fruit balanced with a subtle peat influence, reflecting Ardnamurchan’s dual peated and unpeated styles. Bottled at 46.8% ABV, each bottle offers full traceability from barley to glass via a unique QR code, revealing the story of its creation.
