Auchentoshan – Three Wood

Auchentoshan Three Wood is a uniquely smooth Lowland single malt, born from the gentle rolling hills surrounding Glasgow. This whisky’s character is shaped by a triple maturation process, first in American bourbon casks, then Spanish Oloroso sherry butts, and finally in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This careful layering imparts a rich and complex flavour profile, offering notes of citrus, caramelised sugar, and dark fruit. The result is a remarkably approachable yet sophisticated whisky with a long, warm finish.
