Founded by Dariusz Plazewski, inspired by family moonshining traditions, Bimber Distillery champions natural fermentation using uniquely maintained wooden washbacks to cultivate complex flavours. This inaugural age-statement release showcases the distillery’s oldest stocks, matured in a harmonious blend of Bourbon and PX Sherry casks. The result is a rich, full-bodied whisky at 50% ABV, offering a depth of character reflective of its eight years of careful maturation.
