Originally a distillery known for unpeated expressions – a rarity on Islay – Bruichladdich now embraces both traditional and innovative techniques under the guidance of renowned distillers. The pack includes ‘Rocks’, designed for enjoyment over ice, ‘Waves’ matured in contrasting Bourbon and Madeira casks with a delicate peat influence, and ‘Peat’ offering a bolder, smoky character with 35ppm phenol levels. Each 5cl bottle presents a distinct facet of Bruichladdich’s character, from light and fruity to richly peated, all bottled at 46% ABV.
