Glenrothes is known as one of the few distilleries to have its own source of water the Rothes Burn. Matured three times in hogshead bourbon casks with only 942 bottles, This fruity fresh whisky brings back summer even on a cold December night. The scents of Eucalyptus, green olive and citrus are welcoming from this amber spirit. The first tastes you might encounter are from summer fruits like mango and apricot but with a backdrop of oak and a hint of lemon zest, the taste of more fruits and golden syrup are the last to leave your taste bud leaving you wanting for more.
