Highland Park Dragon Legend

Born on the windswept Orkney Islands, Highland Park distillery traces its roots back to 1798, emerging from the legacy of illicit stills and a pioneering local farmer. This northernmost Scotch whisky benefits from a unique character imparted by both Sherry cask maturation – lending notes of vanilla and warm spice – and the subtly heathery sweetness of Orcadian peat. The Dragon Legend offers a gently increased smokiness compared to the 12 Year Old, yet remains distinctly Highland Park in style, balancing rich aromatic peat with its signature sweetness. At 43.1% ABV, it presents a complex and rewarding taste of the Scottish Highlands.
