Lindores Abbey Distillery, built on the site of an 800-year-old Tironensian monastery in Newburgh, Fife, revives a tradition deeply rooted in Scottish history – records show whisky being distilled here as early as 1494 for King James IV. This 2024 release embodies the light, delicate style characteristic of Lowland whiskies, matured in a carefully selected combination of Thiron French Oak, Bourbon, and Wine Barrique casks.
