Distilled in September 1982 and bottled in October 2008, this St Magdalene is a 26-year-old single malt from a historic Lowland distillery, now sadly silent. Bottled by Douglas Laing at a robust 50% ABV – their preferred “golden strength” – it aims to showcase the malt’s full character.
