Born from the storied Macallan distillery, established in 1824 amidst the barley fields of Speyside, this expression – Intense Arabica from the Harmony Collection – draws inspiration from the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia. Matured exclusively in sherry seasoned oak casks, it presents a rich and complex character, echoing the nuanced aromas of the Arabica bean. At 44% ABV, the whisky delivers a harmonious balance of fruit, spice, and subtle coffee notes on the palate. The packaging itself reflects this connection, ingeniously crafted utilizing repurposed coffee bean husks.
